25.01.2022 Im currently unable to offer Birth support in the role as a Doula but I offer birth coaching , birth planning prep and birth preparation advice as well as a Placenta Encapsulation service.

24.01.2022 I want to assure all of our clients that I am very careful with hygiene at our clinic. I wash my hands thoroughly with antiseptic hand wash before and after every client and use hand sanitiser regularly. I change all of our linen and towels after each client. We do not reuse towels without washing them. We wash all of our linen and towels in very hot water. We clean our face cradle with disinfectant after each client and is also covered with a fresh clean hand towel and we clean all of our clinic surfaces regularly. We aim to minimise any health issues through our thorough hygiene practices. I hope this information helps you feel more at ease in our clinic during your massage at this time .

20.01.2022 Im just about to hit my third trimester in my pregnancy and Im getting some very clear messages from my body to slow down and back right off which Im going to listen to and not do my usual of just pushing through. So Im winding down my massages which will mean no new clients . I m sticking to my regulars for the next few weeks and any gift vouchers that need to be honoured. 15.01.2022 I just want to give you all an update. Remedial Massage Therapists are officially allowed to operate again . We need to stick to strict protocols due to Covid 19 thats why I have decided to massage only existing clients who I know have been isolating at home. Ill be able to home visits but require that you use your own towels. I will not be able to take on new clients at this point or anyone visiting Bermagui as I work with vulnerable people and cannot risk there safety. Thanks for your understanding. 09.01.2022 Its time to throw in the towel literally, this pregnancy has been allot harder then my first two and Ive decided to take the last trimester to rest and recuperate before becoming a mum of 3 . So I no longer will be doing any massages and Im officially on Maternity leave. I wont shut down this page as I hope to pick it up some massages again later on in the year. 09.01.2022 I decided last week to stop massaging as a duty of care to my community and family. Last night the government have made it official that Massage clinics are no longer allowed to operate.
