I'm a qualified personal trainer registered with Fitness Australia and have been training people in Darwin for the last 6 year's. I have also completed a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science at Charles Darwin University. I work with everyone from beginners to athletes. 20.01.2022 In 2014 I started working as a trainer in the NT. Since then I have run bootcamps, group fitness classes, one on one PT and worked with several sporting teams. The love of health and fitness will always be there for me and being able to share that enjoyment with people is amazing. I've dug deep into the archives and there is some golden oldies of photos here guys I hope you enjoy a good laugh from them. Remember fitness isn't a 12 week program it's life long, sometimes we fall of the wagon but we get back on and we keep going.

15.01.2022 Well it's AFL finals time in Darwin. It's great to see all 3 Mens Nightcliff AFL teams make the finals. The premier league and Div 2 boys both minor premiers get a weekend off and the Div 1 boys are in the final this weekend. All 2 teams are looking fit and I'm hoping for a trifecta of premierships

09.01.2022 Ok so let's talk balance.... I constantly here that people don't have the time to exercise and that is one reason they have gained weight. Now I understand our lives are busy. I work 3 jobs, studying a masters at uni full time and play sport and train 3 to 4 times a week doing weights like to throw in a yoga class or two, catch up with the family, date and try have a bit of a social life. So I get busy!, but we need to find time for our health. So if you struggle doing somet...hing physical in the afternoon because after work you are just done. Then my friends it's time to get up a bit early and exercise before work. You can also include physical activity in your social time. I'm often grabbing a coffee and going for a walk with a friend or my sister. Two birds one stone. Get creative, try a class together or head down to the oval with a footy and go for a kick. The reality is.... we have one life, personally I want quality of life which means investing time in my health is imperative to living a quality life , where steps aren't your enemy and neither is running around with your kids or hiking the Inca trail.
