23.01.2022 Be the Ripple provides support to people who have an illness that limits how they live their life, and the people who care for them. With the onset of the pande...mic we were limited in how we could provide support and converted to cooking and delivering meals... just to make life a bit easier. This week we are proud to say that we passed 1000 serves ( yes we do some lovely desserts as well.) A big thank you to Leonie and Deb! If you know someone in the outer east of Melbourne who you think might benefit from some home cooked meals please contact Maureen on 0409021 055.

19.01.2022 A perfect way to finish off the week with some delicious Thai cooking in our online cooking class with Oddie. On the menu today Thai Tom yum chicken and prawn, Thai Laab (minced pork salad), Yumwun sen (Glass noodle sald), Crying tiger (grilled beef salad) & poached bananas in coconut milk with sesame seeds. Yum!

13.01.2022 A great way to finish off Get Online Week with a cooking demonstration via Zoom with Oddie. Today we learnt how to create a Turkish feast with delicious kebabs and pide with homemade tabbouleh and tzatziki topped off with Basbousa cake for dessert. Yum!
