19.01.2022 Curly hair tip from Innersense Organic Beauty: "Whenever you use a gel, remember, to dry it completely before "scrunching the crunch." Hair with the cast always looks and feels different after softening it! The purpose of the cast is to control the curl definition, and frizz. In general, your style lasts longer with the gel rather than cream. There are some important rules to follow using gel: Apply the gel in soaking wet hair. Gels love saturation!... Do it in sections. Try both "section by section " and "all over" techniques, and see the difference. Scrunch the gel to your roots encouraging the curl. Sometimes very gentle, sometimes "aggressively", depending on the curl and results you are trying to achieve. But you always have to hear that "squishy" sound! Air dry or diffuse your hair. Remember to be super careful with touching your hair. Once it's dry, "scrunch the crunch". You can do it with bare hands, or silk gloves/scarf. I like to use a tiny bit of oil. You can clap over your curls flipping your hair side to side, or forward. Shake at the roots. Tons of techniques! Enjoy your fabulous frizz free curls!
