21.01.2022 Today I made my first Spelt Kefir which is Turkish Yoghurt. WOW! What a taste!!!! Sweet and sour! Divine! Not to mention the health benefit.... Probiotic...Vitmins B2, B12, B17...Calcium, Magnesium, Zink, Selenium, Iron. Low GI..Alcaline! I am just getting the the vegan water kefir grain, and will be nurturing my ever lasting probiotic in my fridge and making planty of Spelt Kefir for myself and my friends.
20.01.2022 Hi happy vegan friends. I just made a pumpkin red lentil curry soup with my first successful savory pancakes. Spelt flour, chickpea flour, small spoonful linseed flour to bind it, chopped chillies, a pinch of curry powder and organic spelt milk. Yummmmm!
