25.01.2022 Caught in the act! Blue tongued skinks have been sneaking into this chicken coupe and helping them selves to the eggs. This little guy was caught enjoying the spoils

25.01.2022 The green tree snakes out at the moment are amazing but this one tops em so far, I’ve come across some crackers but the size and colour of this beauty is something to be admired. Wow I feel so lucky that I can interact with these amazing reptiles on a daily basis

24.01.2022 Arrived at our next #destination the #beautiful #pebblybeachnsw, a #remote 4wd access only #location. Top little spot tucked away on the #coffscoast. Low #tide access only so check ya tides. This place is just teaming with wildlife, sensational

24.01.2022 If your enjoying what you've been seeing so far and would like to continue to see more wildlife, fishing and adventure photos and videos continue to follow my page but you can also follow and support me on instagram @norto_adventure_fish there is loads more action to come.

23.01.2022 Leaving #pebblybeach after an #amazing few days, now it's time to move to a new location and on to the next #adventure

22.01.2022 Seeing animals go back into the wild is so rewarding. Makes me so happy, love it

21.01.2022 Thanks to some local knowledge acquired earlier in the week I was able to find a nice quiet spot on the Gwydir River to explore. The water was like glass, there was a healthy stock of water dragons, frogs and fish.

21.01.2022 If anyone is interested, I have a really nice juvenile Gosford diamond for sale. He is currently in an enclose fitted with B1 microclimate thermostats, lights and furnishings. Enclosure needs some minor aesthetic work $200 the lot. For any interest please phone or msg me.

20.01.2022 PLEASE READ...... I Was called out to a snake under a car bonnet late Thursday night in the Gorokan area. The snake that I rescued is clearly an escaped pet, If you know anyone in the Gorokan area who owns snakes please share or ask around if anyone is missing an animal. If you believe this could be your animal please contact me ASAP and tell me what species you have lost and hopefully it fits the description and I can get it back to its rightful owner. I have the animal in my possession and will hold onto for the time being.

20.01.2022 A common site, a turtle crossing the road unaware of vehicles and an even more common site is one of these guys flattened. I was able to stop and move this guy to a near by pond, before he became another victim. When you see these guys please slow down and allow them to live as they should be able to.

19.01.2022 Attended a call out last night to remove a kookaburra that had been hanging out inside Coles Toronto. After a bit of cat and mouse I let him settle in for the night, allowing me to sneak up and grab him. This guy was released back into the wild shortly after.

18.01.2022 Back in the central coast / hunter and in full swing with reptile and animal rescue. This Lacey was scurrying around a residential roof space, he has now been relocated safely to nearby bush land and out of harms way

17.01.2022 This juvenile diamond python was found wandering around the ancient history section of a public school library it has now been relocated to a safer location. What an awesome and rare find coming across this hatchy, it would be lucky to be 2montha old. The survival rate of hathcies is extremely low, so cool to see this little fella soldiering on

17.01.2022 This Golden crown snake was causing some concern to the person who’s front door it was sitting at. Now relocated to somewhere with plenty of food, shelter and no front doors to curl up in front of

16.01.2022 Well we are off on our adventure, Utes fully loaded, boat hooked on. First stop on our way north is strangely enough south, thought we would make a quick dash down the beautiful coast road to Wollongong and catch up with some friends before making our way west then north.

16.01.2022 An amazing week just gone camped up on the #nymboida river in the nymboida national park. Unfortunately fisheries have a complete closed season on fresh water fishing here at this time of year but this was made up for with the amazing #picturesque river, a very remote #camp location and the resident #wildlife. On one night all the bugs came out and We were lucky enough to see a large amount of these beautiful #frogs come down from the #Forest and line up on the rivers edge for a feed. Can anyone tell us what species of frog this is ? Also keep an eye out for a video of me getting up close and personal with a couple of #lacemonitors

14.01.2022 This #gorgeous #specimen of a #waterdragon was trying to climb the back door of an elderly womans house who has a phobia of #reptiles. I generally encourage people to keep #lizards and #skinks in their yards but the circumstances warranted the removal and now the owner is at ease and happy to go out the back door again

14.01.2022 Due to the howling wind and rain we were unable to get out on #burrinjuckdam for a #fish. We did however take advantage of the dam only being half full and went on a big trek up one of the inlets that would have otherwise been under water. Once a few km's up we took in the view and drank the clean crisp water flowing down from the hills #thisisliving

13.01.2022 What an amazing week adventuring Fraser Island, this is truly a magnificent place. We knew Fraser was big but did not expect to do 480kms of driving and still only cover about 80% of it. This island is full of breathtaking sights and is such a diverse piece of Nature. We will definitely be returning and would strongly recommend this to anyone with a 4wd. If anyone is planning a trip to Fraser and has any questions about our experience I would be more than happy to offer any information we have.

13.01.2022 Found this crow stuck in the mangroves, It had braid wrapped around its legs and became tangled. I retrieved the half drowned bird and went to work setting it free, a short time later and our little friend was on his way . I can’t stress the importance of talking ones rubbish and discarded fishing line so things like this don’t happen. One of my pet hates is people who litter and as a conservationist and lover of wildlife it brings a tear to my eye seeing animals in distress. If you care please share

12.01.2022 A couple of quiet days on the #lauchlinriver in the #cumbijowa forest to #relax and have a few beers. Now we are heading north to #buccurumbi to set up for a week stay and Fish the #Nymboida river. This is something I've been waiting a long time for and am expecting a lot of fishing action. Here we will hopefully get some good video footage to share.

12.01.2022 Currently residing in the Whitsundays where the wildlife and fishing is next level. We have picked up some work and decided to hang here for a few months, which will give us plenty of time to explore this amazing part of Australia. lots has been happening and there is loads to come, if you haven't already remember to check out my Insta page @norto_adventure_fish

12.01.2022 Another greentreesnake rescued and relocated out of harms way #lovereptiles #reptilelover #conservationist #lovewildlife #reptilephotography #reptiles #australiannatives #lovewildlife #wildlifephotography #australianwildlife

11.01.2022 The ORH vehicle is receiving some upgrades in preparation to embark on a massive adventure. In early August we will be heading on an open ended trip to explore this amazing country and along the way will be doing plenty of camping, herping, off roading, fishing, adventuring and loads more. Stay tuned for the launch of our you tube channel as we will be documenting our trip and the things we get up to along the way. As we get closer to leaving we will post more about the set up we have chosen and things we will be taking on this amazing journey. Share with your friends as this trip is shore to appeal to a wide range of adventure enthusiasts.

08.01.2022 Having a bit of fun with a beautiful #lacemonitor on our last day at #nymboida. I love lace #monitors they are truly an #amaizing #reptile #adventure #outdoors #livingthedream

07.01.2022 Another beautiful green tree snake removed out of harms way and released in near by bush land. These guys have been popping up everywhere more so than I’ve seen in a while. The fluctuation of weather we’ve had of late is causing snakes to pop up everywhere and we are in for an extended snake season. Let’s work together to change the mentality that the only good snake is a dead snake, I want everyone in the Hunter and surrounding regions to know that I’m only a phone call away to swiftly remove and relocate problem snakes and other animals. Offering this service and a little education along the way will hopefully help to save some of our awesome wildlife particularly reptiles from danger and that afore mentioned way of thinking.

07.01.2022 Pleasant surprise after visiting the #Parkes #satelitedish

07.01.2022 A quick stop on our way to Burrinjuck dam to check out the amazing white sands of Hyams beach near Jervis bay. Wow what a beautiful clean beach and apparently the whitest sand of any beach in Australia, truly majestic.

06.01.2022 Sunday arvo good times, got a call out to relocate this big guy. Things slow down this time of year but still get the occasion call out and it's always a pleasure to be able to interact with some of Australias finest natives.

06.01.2022 Adventuring in Vanuatu we were lucky enough to make some new friends with the owners of The Reef Vanuatu Zoological, they are not open for business yet but we got to go along and see what there about. Opening soon this is a turtle rescue, rehabilitation and breeding program. Hatchlings are collected, looked after until they are less vulnerable to prey then re released into the wild. This sees a significantly higher survival rate of the green and logger head turtle. They are to be open to the public real soon and this is to be a very hands on experience for patrons. As well as the turtles there are some other cool critters to get amongst. A must see and do if in Vanuatu.

05.01.2022 Agnus waters turned it on for us with the wildlife, there is plenty to see and a great spot for the wildlife and outdoor enthusiast. Eurimbula National park is where we camped up, definitely a pleasant time and a great quiet location. Thanks Stevie Richards for the recommendation what a top spot.

04.01.2022 The #fishings is very quiet at the moment so we have gone for a #walk through the #heritage #rainforest in #iluka to do some #herping and see if we could spot anything. We came across a couple of #landmullet and a juvenile #lacemonitor this is an #amazing #bushwalk and a clear cut track so easily accessed by all.

04.01.2022 Venturing around the rocks at #pebblybeach and came across these two #amaizing #costal #carpet #pythons. So rare to see two so close together wow

03.01.2022 Here's some footage of another Red Belly being relocated back into the wild. This large specimen is a great example of how calm and non aggressive these guys can be when they don't feel threatened.

02.01.2022 Sneaky Red Belly hiding under the back stairs. It was discovered by the owners dog but luckily we could respond and remove the snake before it or the dog were injured. This beautiful snake will be relocated later this afternoon.

01.01.2022 Overhauled the Diamond python enclosure and added a living plant to give it a sense of serenity. I think the rustic look with the added brightness of green, gives it a certain pop.

01.01.2022 Sneaky Red Bellied black having a siesta in a storage room at a WesTrac facility. An easy grab and another successful relocation

01.01.2022 A little bit of video action from the recent adventure
