16.01.2022 A client from Melbourne was referred to us for a Vendor Advisory role for a property her family owned in Randwick. Not knowing anyone locally who could handle the sale or the Sydney R/E market, our vendor was uncomfortable with the whole process. From our initial discussions back in March, we were able to advise on timing, pricing and method of sale. 07.01.2022 My latest google review. So much pleasure in helping a family into their dream home Oasis Skeen and in particular Adrian Brookman have been fantastic. After several frustrating months unsuccessfully ploughing through the Sydney property market with no luck, we engaged Adrian to act for us. His knowledge and effort were first class and within a few short days we exchanged contracts on the perfect house bought prior to auction. I was initially nervous as to to the value of em...ploying a Buyer's Agent but having now used one, I would strongly recommend it and Oasis Skeen in particular. We easily saved the fee versus what our new home would have sold for at auction (assuming that we could have even won it!). Buying a house is not a daily occurrence for me and so there is a lot to be said for employing someone who is an expert in the market and process of buying property. Not in a rush to buy another house but if I were, I would definitely use Adrian and Oasis Skeen again.
