13.01.2022 Jess’ 3-ingredient-pancakes have been one of our weekend brunch go-to’s since 2015, & in no way are they getting boring! Super easy, super tasty, & free from gluten, dairy, refined sugar, & refined grains what’s not to love?! Simply mix: (serves 2) 1 x mashed organic banana... 2 x organic eggs pinch of bi-carb soda Then cook as you would usually cook pancakes, & serve with your favourite organic toppings. We’re big fans of generous dollops of butter, berries, & honey. #osteonichealthwellness

02.01.2022 When was the last time you picked a dandelion & blew it out? BREATH TECHNIQUE: try taking a big deep breath in, & then blow the petals away slowly with a long, drawn out exhale from the belly. Don’t rush it. Take your time, focus on the pattern & movement of the flower, & send it gently on its way. Not only a beautiful breath technique, but a beautiful illustration of gently letting go of that which we don’t control. Let it flow, let it go.
