15.01.2022 Sinusitis can be a problem for many people this time of the year. Inversions such as Salamba Sarvangasana (Shoulderstand) against a wall and Ardha Halasana (Half Plough Pose) supported on a chair, help to drain the sinuses and provide a fresh flow of blood to the area, pushing out any stagnant blood. Regular practice of these poses help to keep the cavities clear and open.... Inversions are contraindicated during a sinusitis attack so should only be practiced after attack has settled down.
