21.02.2022 Most Christians downplay the "persecution" side of things, but about 21 or 22yrs ago, I personally had something happen to me that "cramped" me up on the inside. A person at church saw the watch I was wearing and started accusing me of not knowing what it was like to be poor, saying that "how could I".."you're wearing that gold watch"!! I always wore the watch my husband gave me for a wedding present. He had the same style in a mans watch. I told him it wasn't gold...just gol...d in colour....but he didn't believe me and continued to rant. I was horrified!! I hardly ever wore a watch again. His words had wounded me. These, and other sorts of things can wound us. It was a small incident that had a lasting affect. It's taken all these years to start to let go of the seemingly insurmountable hurt. I now have other watches my beautiful husband has given me. I hardly ever wore them. But hopefully now, with God's grace and help, I can get them batteries and begin to wear them. God's goodness to us is what matters Peoples' hurts can also cause us hurt through words, looks, our own past. We need to grow through our persecutions, whatever they may be, and give that person or situation, into God's loving hands. I pray this has helped someone today. 18.01.2022 Blessings Everyone!!! Yesterday Pastor Billy got the "All Clear" from cancer!!! God surely must be Praised for His goodness and wonderful mercies!!! They told us it had been extremely aggressive and worse than they thought. The tissue surrounding the prostate, was "clear"!! The cancer had been totally encased within the prostate!! The blood work came back totally clear!! And they are totally amazed with everything ... Our God is an awesome God!!!!!!! He told us He wanted to work through/with the Doctors when Pastor Billy asked Him why He didn't just heal him. And so the journey began in July last year. Today Pastor Billy wanted you all to be thanked for all the wonderful prayers and messages you have sent and prayed!!!
