19.01.2022 What CRAZIER day to announce our FIRST event of the 2021-2022 Series than the first day of Winter!!!! Have you got them Winter feels, but dreamin' of SUMMER????? We are excited to have been contacted by Cunnamulla Fella Festival team to host an event as part of their Cunnamulla Fella Roundup Program....... We know it is a lot earlier than our usual series start - however it was too good of a opportunity to miss & we are looking to BRING THE HEAT to this fantastic part of the Outback! Our new nomination process will be announced shortly, but in the meantime make sure you save the date & get them horses fit!!! Saturday evening, there will also be a Rodeo Services Australia affiliated Rodeo with great $$$ up for grabs & will be a point scoring event for the Western Buckle Series... 07.01.2022 Well the time has come for me to hand the rein's over to the new committee! I wish the new committee every success in bringing a successful series to all their members. I would like to personally thank each and every person who has supported the OBHC & myself throughout the past 2 years. It hasn't always been an easy ride, but with so many wonderful competitors and supporters always backing me it was easy to keep going. To my outgoing committee, Thank-you. Sam & Ashleigh you... really were up for any challenge that we decided to take on. Your dedication and commitment to the club was amazing. For that I am so very grateful and proud of the huge series we have just had. I may be a little sad today not to be continuing on with the OBHC but I know the new committee will only take the club further again.
