14.01.2022 Well three days into new Job - and had annual staff sports day against all the other YMCA clubs - and you will be proud to know that my team won!!!! Woo hoo!!! We played outdoor soccer, dodgeball , touch footy, a spin relay (smashed it!!!!l. Lol), netball, then futsal (indoor soccer) and netball again in the finals!!!! Represented the Angels - on fire!!!!!!

12.01.2022 Hey girls just letting you know that tom from toms law is running another stampede training day on July 29th - he warns that you should be prepared to get wet!!! If you are interested - its only $5 and the last one was really good. Jump on his website or like his Facebook page to keep up with some cool events!!! FYI - he is also running a charity beach session on the 22nd- again only $5, and raising money for the ride to conquer cancer!!! You should go along - a change of training is always a great way of getting results!!! And having some fun:)

Either way - I know you are ALL prepared!!! So now, soak up the sunshine, enjoy the atmosphere on the day and do the best you can!!!!
