25.01.2022 VIETNAMESE MINT.. is not actually related to mint at all.. it has been described as a combination of ‘fresh coriander, lime-leaf and green chilli’ and is a ‘must have’ if one is inspired by Asian cooking..

17.01.2022 How’s your garden growing ? With summer season in full swing, you should be starting to reap the rewards from your home grown veggie garden.. I’m sure there have been successes and failures along the way, so take notes, research, and learn to be better prepared next year.... For me beans have been a challenge with a few lost, but the tomatoes are simply amazing! Mildew wiped out my button squash (...and nearly all the zucc & cuc), and I think the capsicums are in the wrong spot, spaghetti squash has been a revelation and I’m waiting with anticipation to see how the rockmelon and watermelon develop. The discovery of corn aphids yesterday was a bummer, but was discovered early enough... I think. Veg gardening requires constant monitoring, be sure to cast your eye over the patch each day as a lot can happen overnight when all the bugs come out to play..

17.01.2022 Do you have any yet ?

14.01.2022 Siamese Squash... almost too pretty to eat... almost..
