23.01.2022 Just a quick shout out to this bloke, Trevor - @godspeedracing_dakar - who in the next couple of days takes on the @dakarrally in the moto class! Trev chucked in his teaching career to chase his Big Hairy and Audacious Goal to compete in the Dakar Rally (for those that don’t know - 12 stages, 8000kms in the desert completely self sufficient!!). 10.01.2022 Washington DC! Have been in 100% tourist mode here in DC. Have run a lot with a few running groups and they have shown me a lot of the memorials but by far the best was the Arlington Military Museum. With a long line of military service in my family it was a particularly moving place - one thing the USA do extremely well is pay respect to their previous, current and fallen service personnel. #lestweforget

Was great to get out there and hurt myself a little but my heart was full when all 68 of us stayed at the finish line until everyone was finished!! 07.01.2022 The decade started with me drinking, smoking and eating my way in to it! Since then I have been blessed to be a member of @tri_nation_triathlon and surrounding myself with the most positive and supportive people on the planet!! After 10 years I launch into 2020 as a much fitter, healthier and more positive person. Having stepped back from a legal career to follow my passion in to coaching, mentoring and educating! The last couple of years have been uncomfortable and stressful but I am looking forward to the roaring 20s with some big, hairy and audacious goals on the horizon!!
