25.01.2022 Big shout out to our super talented neighbour and the brains and hands behind our miniature skater and scene @leo.baker from @thesecondpancake. We were lucky to meet Leo and his beloved bulldog Noah whilst out walking and little did we know about the amazing inventories going on in his studio! As soon as we discovered this hidden treasure we decided to collaborate. ... Leo listened to our specs and made a skater and a couple of pigeons (they do their time on the streets too, mad respect!). It was really enjoyable to collaborate with Leo and to see this project finally come to life. He is a talented animator and also co-directed, The Will to Fly an intriguing documentary about an Australian aerial skier. Watch it for inspo! Thanks Leo and Noah, what a team! Now, come skate!
24.01.2022 First of many @allaboardsessions for us in 2021! Thanks #Daylesford for the sunshine! @ymcavictoria @skateclubymca @octave_youth_events @skateboardingvictoria
24.01.2022 This event was in Zeehan, in Tasmania’s west coast in 2015 (where Rach’s dad was born @raydelphin). The day before there was thunder, lightning and a very intense downpour. It was expected to rain the day of this event too, but somehow when we arrived the grey clouds cleared and the sun came through. Someone must have been looking after us there The skate park was not for the fainthearted. The ramps were high and made of old iron ore (most likely from the mines nearby...!). The kids were fearless and friendly and rolled through the park with so much stoke. They’d fall hard and get back up. There is a certain resilience that comes with geography, and these kids were it. What an awesome memory from the Wild West Coast of Tasmania

19.01.2022 Day 2 of our @allaboardsessions @greatershepp tour began at historic #Dookie with an epic pop up session. It was fantastic to have so much of the community show up and give skating a go, and the path next to the park was a welcome addition for these rolling on the cruisers. Afterwards we visited @dookieemporium for an epic lunch and the gallery where Rach found some über art by Liv Evans. Thanks Dookie!
18.01.2022 Day 1 of our @allaboardsessions @greatershepp tour was a rainy one, but the youth staff and DJ at #Murchison made the most of it! It was a good way to share how we get people skating. @vichealth @ymcavictoria @getmooving @gvhealth @valleysport @ownlifebeinit

15.01.2022 Hello to my skateboarding community, I have something to share with you all tonight (it’s Rachel) I'm not sure if anyone has had the chance to watch the documentary ‘Freeman’yet or realises that today was the ACTUAL day that Cathy Freeman won the 400m at the Sydney Olympics!? Well, the person standing on the track behind Cathy for her 400m race, was in fact, me!... I was the very nervous ‘official’trying to look professional when in reality I was actually completely awe-struck, surround by 119,000 human cicadas screaming Cathy's name! It was a dream to share this moment with my childhood idol and to watch Cathy Freeman take home the gold medal on her country, one that she worked so hard for and truly deserved. She won the hearts of the nation too. You dream, you believe, you create, you succeed Ray Delphin Tune in to the ABC Northern Tasmania for the full story.
