22.01.2022 Congratulations Tamara Paulin - winner of the competition 'Register to go in the draw to win Apple Airpods Pro' https://trailwalker.oxfam.org.au/tamara-paulin Tamara is very excited to have won, has clocked up 19km and has started fundraising. Together with her mum, they tried to come up with the worst team name and chose ‘Walkin Wombatz’ as a joke.

20.01.2022 We have heard from others that our people are infected by Coronavirus. This is why we are now more afraid. Because of the disease, people have to stay away from each other. So, I feel fear. It can spread from one another and people get infected easily. Hafeza shares her tent with eight members of her family. And clean water already a scarce resource is in high demand. To meet the need for drinking, cleaning, and now frequent hand-washing, many refugees queue to receive ...clean water. It’s very hot in the camp, in this tarpaulin tent. There is no fan, or wind. There is scarcity of water, we have to queue for water... We are suffering a lot for humidity, and for water. But thanks to supporters like you, we can help keep families like Hafeza’s safe. We’re on the ground in some of the world’s most vulnerable communities delivering clean water, handwashing facilities, and hygiene essentials.

19.01.2022 May all your walks this weekend feel like you've taken the escalator

14.01.2022 WALK FOR NUR For the past three years, Nur and her young family have been living in Cox’s Bazar, the world’s largest Rohingya refugee camp. Host to more than 855,000 people, conditions are extremely overcrowded. The risk of a COVID-10 outbreak is high. In this vulnerable community, clean water, soap and healthcare are hard to come by. Through your fundraising you can help families like Nur’s stay safe and healthy from disease. Every $35 raised can provide a hygiene kit for a family living in a Rohingya refugee camp.

12.01.2022 Is this a mirage? No, it's finally here! 1 WEEK TO GO! You've got this!
