Make sure you keep your abdominals pulled in to prevent arching the back and watch that your hips don’t twist during the movement. A lot harder than it looks! 09.01.2022 Well I managed a 30min upper body workout in my home gym today and some stair climbs whilst Eva was sleeping in the carrier (first time she actually stayed in there longer than 10mins so let’s hope she’s getting used to it so I can take her walking with the dogs! ). 01.01.2022 I wish summer days could be like this all the time! I can at least take my fur babies for a walk! Being a breastfeeding Mum is hard when your newborn is with/on you 24/7 and it can be so draining and overwhelming, so just getting outside for a 20min walk can do wonders! I also managed to get a quick 20min home workout in!
