20.01.2022 Today Oztel team installed a cable management cabinet and a Ethernet switch board for an office in Surry Hills. The client was frustrated with the slow internet they were getting on Wi-Fi so we enabled 22 Ethernet ports, diagnosed & tested each port and established a secure good connection. A good internet connection is what every work office should have, thats what Oztel aims to provide.

20.01.2022 We received a call regarding some poor workmanship from a NBN contractor who installed the network termination device in the wrong room for the customer, and left the home phones in idle mode. We attended the premise of our customer and rectified the wiring issue, relocated the network termination device and modem, replaced a damaged HDMI cable and diagnosed their Ethernet cabling inside their home.

19.01.2022 More Fibre and less copper for Australian homes! NBN is launching Fibre To The Curb (FTTC) as part of the new multi mix technology roll out. This will mean more Fibre and less copper for most households.

18.01.2022 We received an urgent call on a Saturday from Dan in Manly because he had accidentally broken the underground conduit and lead in cable while digging in his backyard. This meant that both his ADSL Internet and telephone were out. We arrived at his house on the same day at 4pm. We replaced the lead in cable, repaired the conduit and restored his services within 1 hour. Its hard to live without Internet these days, so if you come across issues such as this, give us a call and we will be at your door step to fix it in no time!

14.01.2022 Today Oztel team installed 30 Cat 6 cables through cable trays and into umbilical cords running from a patch panel to the desks for a global company. Each cable was tagged and tested from termination point to the patch panel. The customer was really happy with the neat job performed by Oztel.

11.01.2022 On Saturday 19/11/2016, Oztel ran an aerial lead in for a renovated house in North Rocks, NSW. The customer had called us the day before and we were able to book him in the following day.

10.01.2022 Today Oztel team responded to an urgent call from a customer in Greenacre who wanted a lead in cable installed into his newly built property. We attended his premises the same day. We had to run an aerial lead in cable between 2 street poles and 1 private pole. Then a conduit going underground from the private pole to the side of the house.
