25.01.2022 Chinese New Year Red Glaze donuts prepared using Vizyon Chococover White Ganache sauce with red food colouring The Polen Food Oceania team have been doing some ...testing in the warehouse with the Chinese New Year coming up in mind. Using our Vizyon Chococover White Ganache sauce we show how to mix and prepare the ganache sauce with ChefMaster liqua-gel Food Colouring, with simple application over prepared donuts purchased from D Point Ten Doughnuts in Broadbeach Our end winner was the tulip red food colour, dressed with some Vizyon Gold Glamour Glaze and devoured by satisfied kids..... :)
