08.01.2022 Big turnaround from Velosure. My claim went to the ‘Internal Dispute Resolution Committee’ and where a decision was made a loss did occur. In short they have ...agreed to settle claim and indeed done so quite quickly. Was not expecting this result but am more than happy now to have persevered having been denied for a number of weeks. Bike went missing on a charity bike ride. Velosure using any excuse to avoid paying insurance. I felt comfort paying expensive premium for what I thought was a good product. Sadly nothing but a company looking to for an easy out the whole time while trying to make a claim. Only back they’ve got is their own. What a joke
