24.01.2022 We have one sauna appointment available Friday night at 4.05pm if you would like this please jump onto mind body or book via messenger. SATURDAY is an exciting day for us we can re-open our salt and finally launch our Normatec leg & hip compression. We have lots off appointments left Saturday for our salt and Normatecs you can book via Mind body or messenger for them. Our sauna is nearly fully booked we have a 6.05 & 7.05 appointment left for the sauna. SALT- We closed ou...r salt with a special of $25 a person for a 30min session so we are going to re-open the salt doors with the same special this Saturday through to next Saturday. 24.01.2022 It is not Goodbye, its see you soon! Today we say see you soon to one of our Co Pace Founders. For personal and family reasons Britt is stepping away from the face of Pace. Words from Britt ... It wasnt an easy decision to make, watching Pace come to life from a sparked vision, it has been an incredible journey to watch it grow in our beautiful Pilbara community. I have all faith Hannah will continue to fly our vision of the First Recovery and Wellness facility in the North West into incredible huge things! Pace will still be my 2nd home to me, youll still see me around there! Just with a different twist. Thankyou to all our clients, family, friends and the community who have got behind and supported us, its truly meant the world! The name change, and new direction we were taking before CV closure, will still be going ahead! I will still be there helping Hannah every step of the way, just from the sidelines! Salt has three main properties that make salt therapy effective it is absorbent, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory. When breathed into the respiratory system, the salt particles can absorb allergens and toxins, and clear the airways. Lactic acid builds up when the demand on your muscles is greater than the oxygen you can supply to that muscle ...
