21.01.2022 Tonights dinner really lazy and couldnt be bothered so sauted some Mushys, beans and garlic and corn to go with. Quick simple and filling Detox day 7 although I havent been so regimented to the full potential I should have, my bodys been good to me and its decided to eat when needed! No snacks in between just a banana or nuts here and there. Good to say my sugar cravings have stopped, so no chocolate late at night If I can give up chocolate Im sure everyone coul...d give a detox a go. Trust me my name means chocolate so you can do it whatever goal you desire!! So good to feel in control of my eating and it not controlling me. How do you prepare for the week? Because I certainly need tips to be more organised!

18.01.2022 FREE!! How many of us have teens? Once apon a time when I was young I remembered a lot of these young years were filled with sport. Lots of school tournaments and traveling around the country playing netball, training week in week out. This was a huge part of my life as a teeny bopper. I loved it so much! I couldnt get enough, at that age if I had the right training and diet I believe I would have had the right potential to take it further. I remember what came with sport... was the junk food that fuelled my growing body. Not the healthiest choice of foods such as McDonalds (easy and quick) pies and hot chips at the rugby games, chocolate, lollies the list goes on. Dont get me wrong these were great memories but I regret not having the motives around me to focus on health and wellbeing. The first thing I promised myself when I had my daughter was to give her the knowledge I have now, about looking after her body being more happy with herself and choosing whole and nourishing foods to fuel her body. Teaching her good habits now will hopefully implement an healthy mindset for her future. When we are on our own health journeys our KIDS are often left out!!! 15.01.2022 What are your goals this month? For me its to get in shape for a summer wedding coming up... I love that I can resort back to our JBT programmes! Deprivation free just good old healthy and wholesome eating and some movement everyday. Ive been getting some ZUU inspiration from a close family member which is that burning pain you get from squats bit of a challenge, put the dog in the car and the baby head down to the beach and get active for 30mins of my day. 09.01.2022 Every now and then its important to take some time out for yourself. Life can get hectic at times with work and the stresses of life! Through this process its so important to stay true to yourself and to nourish your body and soul. That might be being able to have a dip in the ocean, taking a walk and smelling the flowers or lazying about at home catching up on some Zs! This coming week my new goal is to take half an hour for myself everyday. Tomorrow Im getting my hair d...one (ok thats 2hrs but hey why not yeah!?) which is something I never do because well? Money This is definitely one of the most difficult tasks for me to do especially now that I have a baby in the picture. Huugge mum guilt!! 06.01.2022 Breakfast this morning Raw veg with hommus to dip. Cauliflower soup for lunch. Im dying to eat bread but so far have overcome those cravings. Detox day 3 mild headaches but not as bad as I thought it would be, glad to know all those sugary processed foods are exiting my body. On the whole Im tired but feeling great!! Less bloated no sugar cravings. Baby steps n one day at a time!

04.01.2022 Bit of treat this morning! Eggs!! Cheater cheater but I dont regret it. Ive done so well this week, its defo been a challenge and a half but Im keen to start the new week on this detox buzz! Poached eggs on sprouted bread, different but delicious and hit the spot. Detox day 5.
