17.01.2022 I'm sure, like me, you've got your hands in water or you're soaking things more than ever before. As soon as I saw this product - the Strucket - I knew I'd find a hundred uses for it and so we ordered in a small quantity in grey, navy and aqua. Think of it as a strainer meets bucket. You can soak clothes, fruit/veg, clean toys - the list is endless - and then lift the strainer and hook it onto the side of the bucket to let the water drain. 13.01.2022 **** Please Order as Early as Possible **** As a result of the greatly reduced number of domestic planes flying between states at the moment, Australia Post are flagging that delivery times are exceeding normal timetables. We've certainly noticed the impact of this already! In the last 2 weeks I've had to lodge multiple investigations because tracking often shows no activity for days after they've been collected from us. Australia Post and Fastway pick up from our premises e...very day and we clear all orders on the same day (if ordered prior to 2pm) but delivery times are blowing out and it's beyond everyone's control at the moment so please consider Express Post (which we're assuming gets priority). That said, we don't seem to be finding the same delays with Fastway so I'm not sure if they use alternative channels of moving freight around the country. Here's the update from Australia Post...... ___________________ 14 April 2020 Direct Link - https://auspost.com.au/about-/news-media/important-updates Australia Post regrets to inform customers that due to reductions in air freight capacity, there may be delays on the letters and parcels network that Australia Post operates around the country, particularly to regional and rural communities. 07.01.2022 *** NEW SIZE *** We've bitten the bullet and shortened our A5 sleeves! Previously we manufactured these to be 155 x 230mm but the excess 2cm length bothered us so now we've shortened them to fit perfectly!! ... Once the existing stock of 155 x 230mm has been sold, we'll be discontinuing that size but if you need a sleeve that's 230mm length we still have 150mm and 160mm wide so you won't be stuck. 06.01.2022 Working from home has its perks!! My daughter just made me ''donut in a cup''. 1. Melt 2 tbs of butter in cup (approx. 20 seconds).... 2. Add 2 tbs sugar, 1 tbs milk and 1 egg yolk to the cup and mix. 3. Add 4 tbs self raising flour + quarter teaspoon ground cinnamon to the cup and mix. 3. Make a hole in the middle and drop some jam in. 4. Put the cup into the microwave for 45 seconds on high. 5. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. You're welcome :)

04.01.2022 Last night my daughter experimented in the kitchen making chocolate domes with our clear baubles. She poured melted chocolate into one half of the 12cm bauble. Then she put the two halves together and rotated the bauble until the entire inside was coated in chocolate. After 30 mins in the freezer it was ready for the big reveal. She split the two halves apart and the result was delicious! 02.01.2022 So who'd like to read some GOOD NEWS for a change....? This week we've received lots of concerned phonecalls from customers worried that they may need to stock up on supplies of clear bags just in case we have supply chain issues. Let me put your mind at ease. ... One of our greatest assets as a business is that we manufacture in huge quantities. Because we have such strict requirements for the production of our bags, the factory requires a 4 million bag minimum order from us each time. This means that we hold a large volume of inventory in our Melbourne warehouse and it's at times like these that we're so very gratefull that we're not at the mercy of the Aussie dollar or international trade. Currently as things stand we only have three sizes that are at risk. They are: 75 x 150mm non seal bags - 4000 in stock 305 x 405mm reseal bags - 6000 in stock 460 x 620mm reseal bags - 5000 in stock For every other size we have a 6-month-or-more supply based on normal buying patterns. In some cases we have a year's supply! So please don't worry about stockpiling unless that's particularly helpful for you to feel more in control. If there's a particular size you want to know about, please ask below and we can tell you our projections for how long our stock will last but in almost all cases there's enough to go around :)
02.01.2022 Our backing boards restocked last night at dusk. Not through choice but because freight drivers are flat out at the moment and the only driver we could get couldn't deliver until 7pm! And of course I'd ordered a big five pallet amount of boards to hopefully see us through the unknown so I owe the warehouse guys a couple of beers for the extra effort last night. Who could have predicted when I placed the order a week ago that I'd be praying the guillotine factory would still... be open to finish our order or that I'd be scrambling to find a driver to deliver. I take nothing for granted any more.
