So the state government wants to attract 1000's of tourist by having ships lit up on the Swan River yet show absolutely no interest in preserving one of perths historical vessels to do the very job they are advocating. I'm not sure I understand the logic!? A beautiful old paddle steamer with a 109 year old steam engine built in Fremantle! Chugging down the swan lit up like a Christmas tree! What could draw a bigger crowd?
