10.01.2022 When you brush your teeth, also brush the top surface of your tongue to remove the white coating. Check the insides of your cheeks, sides and the bottom part of your tongue for any ulcers/ lesions/ bumps/ lumps etc. This is a good way to screen for oral cancer!
