20.01.2022 David's first session tonight. I'll be working with him in conjunction with his specialist to rehabilitate a few injuries using active recovery. Our main focus today and over the next few weeks is discovering what he can do as opposed to what he can't do. Over time our main objective will be safely regaining his range of motion while building up strength around the affected joints and vertebrae. Tonight I primarily used Neutral Grip (Hammer Grip) exercises to test the waters with an Upperbody session as one of his injuries lies in his Rotor Cuff so lateral movement is limited for now.
