03.01.2022 We are so pleased to hear that Victoria is doing so well at reducing the COVID numbers. We are still not 100% sure as to when all our services will be able to reopen but we are hopeful that Myotherapy will be able to recommence from the 19th of October and Pilates sometime thereafter. If you're in dire need of a great Myotherapy session with either Paige or Laura, please contact Paige directly on 0400 391 189 or via [email protected] to be put on our appointment waiting list. As soon as we have confirmation on an exact date you'll be sure to hear from us. For Pilates sessions, Bec will be in touch to schedule your appointments in closer to the date of reopening. It's important that during this difficult time we look after ourselves and try to keep moving. To help get you motivated Bec has put together a Pilates session for you on our Painfit facebook page.
