19.01.2022 Palace To the rescue ! Using Acratex AFS System over Stallion products fence erected and unfinished . Testimony ... I would like to thank your company for doing a fantastic job on the walls to the entrance of our block of units. After some ten years the old brushwood entrance fence to our block of units looked worse for wear so we arranged for a new product a Stallion Wall to be installed. As this was a new product the installer had a number of issues and after a lengthy installation process of some 8 months we were left with a wall that nobody wanted to deal with. I met Paul Harman from Palace Plastering on site to discuss options and he immediately impressed me with his knowledge and how he was going to correct the issues we had with the lifting of capping, inconsistent joins, poor flushing and other issues that everybody else had pulled away from. Their quote was not the cheapest but it was their knowledge and professionalism that impressed me. Now that the work has been done I am extremely impressed with the quality of workmanship and the finished job. The walls look absolutely fantastic. The end product is exactly how I envisaged it would look in the first place. Paul, Alex and their team from Palace Plastering turned a rough looking half-finished wall into quality texture coated finished wall that you could not tell it wasn’t brick render. I would highly recommend their company for their professionalism, product knowledge, quality of workmanship, tidiness and experience in handling difficult jobs of which ours was one. After the issues we had with this wall I cannot speak highly enough of Palace Plastering as I am so grateful that they were able to rectify an ugly half-finished wall and transform it into a quality finish. 04.01.2022 Dear Alex, Iannello Construction Pty Ltd has now been using the new product- Thistle Gypsum Plaster for our walls on our 4 storey business centre in Mandurah that was introduced to us by Palace Plastering. The product itself is in our opinion, superior than conventional lime plaster in that it is harder ,easier to apply and has a smoother finish and can be sanded.... We also believe it is safer and cleaner to use because of the absence of lime. The support we received from yourself and Paul Harman has been invaluable from the initial outset. We will continue to use the product on this and other projects in the future and can recommend using your company for these materials including any training as necessary . 01.01.2022 Palace crew does it again!!! We were called upon to help out a builder, and there client. The home had been dry lined, taped and flushed. The two walls of the rear hallway were the problem areas. They had tried many times to re-paint and re-flush to try and solve the issues that were highlighted by natural light and the lights in the ceiling. ... The solution was for Palace Plastering to come in, lay floor coverings and tape up, apply Dulux Acrabond to the walls, rolled on. Then mix and apply Thistle Board Finish in 2 coats in accordance with British Gypsum guidelines, supplied by Matt at Choice Building Products. The walls were flattened in and then troweled to a smooth finish, ready to receive decoration. The work was carried out personally by the directors of the company Alexander Jones and Paul Harman. Finished product, transformation complete!!! Over to the decorater now to paint the walls.
