22.01.2022 Schaller Studio in Bendigo which is part of the Art Hotel Series. The hotel is chockers with wonderful original artworks by Mark Schaller. Generous foyers with cool books, games and a great cafe/bar.....why arent all new hotels like this?

21.01.2022 Just finished printmaker Fiona Roderick's kitchen in Newtown. We used stained ply on overhead cabinets plus timber block benchtops with handmade porcelain tiles as splashback. Check out her work on instagram.

19.01.2022 Just finished Balgowlah Heights kitchen today. We used oak veneer for open niches and island bench, London Grey Caesarstone, handmade porcelain tiles and imported lights. Great tradespeople made this work a treat.

19.01.2022 A functional kitchen with loads of bench space for cooking and entertaining was the request of the keen cook who owns this beautiful house overlooking Dee Why Beach. We opted for a composite marble benchtop that has a superior look and finish but doesnt stain, pit or lose its lustre like pure marble. The Red Oak timber cupboards were chosen to tone with the existing floor boards and to add an element of warmth to the room.The large Arga style oven is the true star in this houses engine room with 3 ovens and 6 hotplates!

15.01.2022 Juliets Balcony is a gem of shop that stocks great retro/industrial pieces. Its tucked away at 50 Lewisham St Dulwich Hill. Check out the very well priced Summertone sideboard which would add a fare dash of credibility next to any sneaky replicas that have crept into your home.

12.01.2022 These clients downsized from a large house to a terrace in Paddington. They wanted to revitalise some of their favourite antiques with new contemporary pieces so we added new sofas, dining chairs, a custom coffee table as well as a customised Tony Parker sideboard. The large master bedroom was divided with a freestanding wardrobe which doubles as a bedhead with side tables. We utilised every spare inch with built-in joinery to house their large library.

All pieces are for sale plus there is a shop with heavily discounted pieces. 10.01.2022 Installed the 2 Secto Octo Pendant lights by Finnish architect Seppo Koho in the Mosman House. Bought through Fredishere. They give a beautiful light spill.

09.01.2022 The client's of this house wanted an Indian inspired screen that would offer privacy but not block light from spilling into the upstairs room. Custom laser cutting allows you to create pretty much whatever you like in a wide range of materials. I had this one professional dipped as it would have been very difficult to achieve a smooth finish by hand.

09.01.2022 Most kitchens only have a few square metres that require a splashback so when you think about, spending up to $100sqm on something that will act as an artwork in the busiest room in the house, is a good investment.

05.01.2022 I love the work of this artist and have numerous pieces and just wish other Councils would be as progressive as Gosford and commission him to paint the rest of those ugly traffic signal boxes that burden our landscape. Dont get me started on telegraph poles!

03.01.2022 The very beautiful flexible bookshelf called String, designed by Nisse Strinning in 1949 is still a knockout in my opinion. 01.01.2022 A painted feature never went out of fashion in my books and I reckon it can really make a room. We used Oolong by Dulux. A new bed, side tables, wall lights and bed linen certainly helps too. Cats are optional!
