25.01.2022 Have you heard about Millingandi Greens? Another Fantastic local business right on our doorstep, that we are happy to stock in our store. Lettuce head Larry and his wife Karen own and operate Milligandi Greens,which grows the highest quality salad mixes, herbs, Chinese veggies and plenty of other greens.... Before sunrise each morning, Larry wakes to check his plants and ensure they’re happy, healthy and have plenty of water. When ready he and his team pick every single leaf by hand and put them through various stages of quality control. This means that, unlike a machine, Larry can guarantee only the best produce leaves his farm. Over the years, Larry has worked with chefs and science to guarantee the colour and flavour of his produce is the best it can be and has the longest shelf life. With deliveries of these fine greens arriving 3 times a week,we can ensure that they will be readily available for our customers at Pambula Foodworks. Millingandi greens

From paddock to plate, they milk their Jersey cows twice daily to provide the creamiest milk, cream, yogurt and a huge range of cheeses (including Camembert, Brie, Persian fetta, and various cheddars) all processed in their heritage listed ABC Cheese Factory in Central Tilba. 01.01.2022 Have you seen our local artwork cards we sell in store? Some of you may even be surpised to know that Nathan's partner Sarah is the artist behind the artworks. Inbetween rasing an adventurous toddler, helping at the shop and homelife on their farm in Lochiel she seems to find a little bit of time to do some art.... All of the cards are printed on recycled card and then packaged by Sarah. Next time you are in the store check them out. They are a great way of buying a little bit of local art. Third Nature
