Although 2020 has been a difficult period and we are once again facing some challenges, we hope that for most will get to catch up and spend time with your families. We wish that 2021 for all of us is a year of more normality, enjoying what we love "Netball" and just reflect on the challenges we had through 2020.... 21.01.2022 Another win for our Metro League Team 1 and presently on top of the leader board on % With one week to go before the final series, Team 1 has not only continued to develop but has cemented their position into the finals, with only one week to go and facing off against Penrith for minor premiers. Tonight's game against Campbelltown, PANA winning 46 vs. 38 , manager Kelly Gardner commented:... A struggle to bring the ball down court in the first quarter saw us start off slow, but by the second quarter we found our groove and never looked back. Going into the final quarter and leading by one point, through strong play by all who took the court made this a quality win. See more

20.01.2022 Super proud of PANA Metro Team 1, it came down to the wire tonight against Penrith for Minor Premiers, but the team will now focus on the finals in their first year of Division 2 and have already accomplished so much. Manager Kelly wrote: Hard fought game tonight to decide the Minor Premiership. ... So proud of this team they fought until the very end, just being overtaken with minutes to go. Finals next week. so let's go ladies you deserve to be there.

18.01.2022 Netball Games for Tomorrow - Game times reduced due to hot weather. PANA understand that tomorrow will be a little warmer then the previous couple of weeks, so the following will be put in place and we will also continue to review the conditions throughout the morning. Games will be reduced to 8 minutes per quarter.... Break times will be increased to 2 mins between the 1st & 3rd quarters, with half time being increased to 4 mins. These changes are to ensure that all players get enough rest time, can get plenty of hydration and we also encourage parents to re-apply sunscreen to their children at half time.

15.01.2022 PANA Phase 2 Selection Update for Sunday As Sunday's weather is predicted to be hot, we would like to remind all players trialing to be well hydrated on arrival and bring plenty of water. The selectors have taken the heat into consideration and have reduced the game minutes and will monitor the conditions throughout the trials to ensure enough rest time is given.

15.01.2022 It’s been great to see everyone back out on the courts and enjoying some great games of netball during our Spring Competition. We've had our youngest netballers learning new skills and game play in our NetSetGo clinic and Rising Stars games. The junior competitions could all be waiting until the the last round to see who takes out the top spot on the ladder. . Cadets Regents Park Blue have a 2 game lead over fellow club team White but will need to make sure of a win over Ho...tshots next week, who have given them their closest game so far, to stay in top spot. 10/11s Hotshots Black are current leaders just one game ahead of Regents Park with both Hotshots Pink and Guildford Gold one game behind them. Any team of these teams could still take this one. Inters Regents Park Blue and NewingtonPhoenix are currently undefeated and don't meet until the last round so if they both pull off wins next week this one will go down to the wire. Seniors This comp has seen some fantastic play and athleticism as well as plenty of laughs and encouragement between the players. With the PANA 15s sure to finish on top the real interest is between Guildford and NewingtonPhoenix, currently on equal points, to see who takes out 2nd place. See more
