24.01.2022 With animals especially large dogs that are inside and outside pets, keep an eye on the grout if the premises is tiled. In regards to power please leave your power connected until you have received your bond back we always turn the main power switch off so no power will be charged unless we are there cleaning. We are unable to clean with no power. Just a little note we are human, we will sometimes miss things but we will always return and re-attend to any issues. 18.01.2022 I am always warning people that when you hire any kind of trade to come into your house whether it is owned l by you or rented to make sure they are Business Registered and carry FULL INSURANCE. I have just received a phone call from a lady who paid for a bond cleaner to come and clean the property that they are renting, the cleaner had a fall in the bathroom and is at the hospital being treated for a broken elbow when she slipped and fell she also damaged the shower screen. ... Not only has she now got a unit only quarter cleaned and paid for the cleaner has just told her she is not insured and has made some comments in regards to expenses and not being able to work! I am happy to go and finish the unit for her this afternoon for free but the cost of the shower screen she will need to now pay for and hopefully for her sake that will be it!
