06.01.2022 Dear All We are pleased to invite you to attend the Africa Day Australia Families Forum (ADAFF) Healthy Living and Wellbeing Seminar. ... As the first instalment of the 2019 ADAFF programme, this event will take place on the 19th of January 2019, in the Huddle Room (Chirnside Park Oval), 150 226 Watton Street, Werribee 10am 1.30pm. The Healthy Living and Wellbeing Seminar is a free event coordinated as part of the fun and engaging healthy living, mental wellness & nutrition program created for families and individuals, young and old! Programme highlights include the Keynote Speaker delivery by Dr Akinsola Akinbiyi, a highly experienced psychiatrist practising at Wallace Avenue Specialist Suites. Dr Akinbiyi is a well experienced practitioner with a strong focus on providing family-friendly mental health services in a modern, welcoming environment. The ADAFF team is also proud to present this seminar’s facilitator and guest speaker Tosin Peters, a family and relationship Councillor, accredited mental health social worker and general psychologist. Light lunch will be served during the break. We hope that the African community and it's leaders will join us and support our campaign to raise awareness and equip individuals and families with the tools required to manage healthy living and wellbeing in our community.
