25.01.2022 ICECREAM Quality icecream is ESSENTIAL to complete our pancake eating experience .. Not so plain Jane vanilla ... !! We use quality @everest_icecream I actually thinking of stocking more of their scoop range check out their flavours on their page Black Sesameand Taro (ive had it before us it totally rocks ) ... Anyway - my kid in the icecream store .. Zac (my youngest boy last week when we were waiting for delivery’s Vanilla Mint Chocolate Lemon Sorbet available YES you can swap flavours in the pack .. or for $8 extra add an extra tub ... And YES we use the vanilla same icecream in our @stackspancakebarkaringal super shakes and iced coffee/chocolates ... Looking at these photos - I just miss our restaurant being full of diners enjoying their pancakes and shakes ... BUT ... we are so close to reopening again ... Many of you have excitement to enjoy our pancakes at our restaurant thank you ... adding photos to get you hungry

23.01.2022 Welcome to the PACK !! Bit of Everything ... I’m one of those people that when we order food , I have to sample a bit of husbands meal , and a bit of the kids dish So this pack is for my kind of people ... It was a crazy busy weekend just last .. Our first born piklet Mia turned 13 on Saturday yes we now have a TEEN !! And thanks for the wishes from all my new friends from this group ... these iso birthdays really suck ... I feel everyone’s emotions ... (I myself was last minute begging for cupcakes from my friend to make the night prior ..) Anyway - I guess that’s why when you tell me it’s to cheer your daughter or someone up ... I give it my all xx Perfect pancakes Questions !! Will my restaurant re-open in 3more weeks (I certainly hope so) .. Will I continue these packs ?? (I certainly hope so too will the on-site catering resume ?? (I’m praying that we can - year 12 breakup celebrations and Christmas pancake catering is a BOOKED OUT event for us !! OMG can you believe there is Christmas trees/catalogues items out already I guess that is the goal right - summer holidays of NO restrictions and lots of pool parties with friends, beach time hangs, outdoor dining of pancakes and milkshakes again .. YES please ... If I don’t reply quickly today - we having a day off to catch up birthday family time!! X Seng

23.01.2022 Footy finals are here !! Gosh another year year where the Bombers did fly up again Scott and I (pre-kids) started our first business together about 15years ago .. A very little Pancake Kiosk in the South Bank foodcourt near the MCG ... and we would serve Bacon Eggs Pancakes all day to the footy fans ..(before and after the game ) So this $88 BIG BREAKFAST pack (which we did for Fathers Day) will definitely be a WINNER for weekends !! ... Doesn’t have to be specifically for Grand Final Day...I just like making new names and packs and increase our simple options Pre-bookings for this pack is necessary ... Cut off time is Thursday lunch for the weekend . And no more one day in September hey !! 24th October 730pm at the Gabba Golly gosh this has made us definately flipped .. and lastly - don’t forget daylight savings this Sunday too !!! 20.01.2022 Spring Picnics (I will admit - we hang out at the park nearly each day- blessed to have many in our 5km radius inc the beach in Frankston 3199 .. COMING SOON is my mini pikelet boxes ... (I’m just trying work out how many each child ate growing children just eat and eat and eat !!) Seriously - How many pikelets would one average ??? HELP !???... I heated the chocolate fudge prior and YES it stayed a good consistency to drizzle on the pikelets & cream .. YES I’m such a foodie .. love love love food.. cooking and eating .. forcing my friends to constantly eat entertaining and making it easy Enjoying the last few days of the offical school holidays .. And sure enough Claire has become my close friend too !... She is so passionate about all things for the better .. and OMG when I found out she is running for the local council I’m beaming with pride on her already crazy workload .. 13.01.2022 Supporting @beyondblueofficial @freemelbourne2020 Thank you for supporting me/us over the past few months with these packs... (Thankful you still want them ) The struggle is so real each day... the worse is not over ... Last night in my restaurant @stackspancakebarkaringal had not one , but a few tables of no show.. (ignoring their mobile phones when calling ) With only 20 diners and 7 staff rostered on... immensely hard and stressful to all involved (how do we train new staff in this situation) So please @danielandrewsmp #freemelbourne Let diners increase to 40 ASAP ... let our neighbours return (Villiage Cinemas & gyms in a covid safe plan) .. Like many small business , a weekend increased to 40 diners early will mean the world to us - extra tables/sales ... etc etc .. day 7 of 0 & 0 whoop The numbers says it all ... we have done our role ... #freemelbourne PS.. 07.01.2022 LEMON tell ya , Your the ZEST These little quotes on our toppings ,started with @everest_icecream ... they have the sweetest little quotes printed on their delish Icecream tubs... and we just decided to follow through ... we are all BESTIES forever ... YES how good is their icecream on our pancakes (think - same icecream they use in those gourmet choc-tops we all LOVE And pancake packs ... YES I’m still doing them ...
