25.01.2022 On Sunday 31 May, 2020 - our incredible community came together to unite for a national day of action, to raise both awareness of pancreatic and other upper GI cancers, and vital funds for Pancare Foundation. This beautiful event inspired hope across the country and the incredible result will enable us to help accelerate much needed change for the cause, through delivery of our Patient & Carer Support Services, investment into research and through awareness raising programs. Thank you to all who participated and made this day so special.

25.01.2022 We just wanted to give a shout out to Hungry Jack's for including Pancare in their Unite for Hope Trivia Event! A night full of entertainment and brain stimulation, they also managed to raise a staggering $8,440 for our Unite for Hope event this Sunday 31st May! Every dollar you raise helps us support families impacted by pancreatic and other upper GI cancers through our patient and carer support services, and furthers our investment into vital research.... 07.01.2022 This is Hayley. Hayley was diagnosed with Pancreatic cancer in 2017 and subsequently passed away in 2018. Since her diagnosis, Hayleys extensive collection of family and friends have continued to display their unwavering support by either taking part in Pancare Unite for Hope or making a donation in her memory. They did an unbelievable job last year raising awareness and donations to help fight pancreatic cancer and have outdone themselves this year by becoming the current ...number one fundraising team for 2020. Husband Alex believes 'Team Hayley' shares Hayleys memory as a powerful motivator and believes she would be very proud of each of them. We share Alexs message of hope below. We are all going through a tough time at the moment, given the current state of the world, but none more so than people already fighting their own battles. In my experience the amount of love and support that surrounds a person going through a difficult diagnosis is overwhelming. Hopefully those people battling illness can lean on their support networks to help them through what is an already impossible situation. With a little luck the world will start to return to normality which will make things just that little bit easier. Hang in there. The most obvious thing that I would like to see changed is the mortality rate of pancreatic cancer, which is what I like to think we are working towards. I would love to see the day where a child is not separated from their mother or father, parents from their children, spouses from each other, siblings from their brothers or sisters, families or good friends separated. With a little generosity I hope that we can play our part in eradicating these types of heartbreaking diseases.
