25.01.2022 We are looking for a few volunteers who are available during school hours to move Fete related items from the Office to the P&F Shed. 24.01.2022 Do you or anyone in your family have a green thumb !! With just over 12 weeks to the Fete, now is a perfect time to start propagating plants for our Plant Stall. The Fete Committee would greatly appreciate any plant donations that you can give. Plant Stall donations can be dropped off Friday 29th May after lunch or the morning of the Fete. Thank you.

20.01.2022 Today was Mrs Libby Lee's last day of School as she embarks on her next adventure, Retirement !! The P&F gifted Libby a beautifully hand made wooden plaque enscripted with 'A Retirement Blessing' & a heartleft thank you message for all the support she has given the P&F. As many of you would know, Libby loves the outdoors & particularly the water. A handcrafted Canoe Paddle with a plague that reads 'May the next chapter of life bring you endless time to do the things you lov...e' was presented to her at Assembly to represent the many students she has taken camping & canoeing in her time at StAC. Thank you to the teachers, Leadership Team & support staff for providing our students with support, reassurance & continuity of teaching & keeping us informed of the ever changing times we are in due to COVID-19. A Prayer that is very fitting for what we are all experiencing. Let us Pray:... Dear Heavenly Father, You are the God of all compassion and comfort. We thank you that you listen to our prayers. We pray today for our family, our friends, our community, our teachers, our healthcare workers, our nation, our world and our Church as the Coronavirus spreads. Please bring help to all our communities according to their needs. Heal those afflicted and strengthen all who have the responsibility for care. In your mercy, please provide a cure and give wisdom to those seeking to develop a vaccine for this condition. We pray, too, for ourselves. Enable us to walk by faith. Help us to be careful and wise in taking whatever precautions are necessary to limit and contain the spread of this virus. Strengthen us to remain calm while vigilant; responsible citizens seeking the welfare of others above ourselves. At times of uncertainty and anxiety, help our world to look to security in your Son, Jesus Christ. And give us courage as we point others to the One in whom there is always hope. 12.01.2022 The P&F Executive Committee are looking to fill the Positions of: - Secretary (for the P&F & Fete Committees. You are more than welcome to take on both positions or just one) - Sponsorship Co-Ordinator for the Fete. The Secretary Role is responsible for preparing Agendas & Minutes for Meetings & distribute them via email. Checking P&F addressed correspondence that comes to the College Office & tabling it at meetings. This role works closely with the P&F President. ... Fete Sponsorship Co-Ordinator - we are looking for a person/s (this can be a shared role with more than one person) to distribute the Fete Sponsorship Proposal via email to potential Sponsors. Keep a detailed record of donations & where funds are to be allocated. Follow up with potential Sponsors by either phone or face to face. The current P&F Exec Committee are very supportive & will offer anyone who takes on these roles all the support they require. We would love hand made donations of crocheted & knitted items, sewing, cards, candles & soaps etc. Items will be able to be dropped off to the Office in the weeks leading up to the Fete.

03.01.2022 What a night we had on Friday Night for the P&F Family BBQ. We were joined by over 600 people for dinner & to wish Mrs Libby Lee a Happy Retirement. It was so lovely to see the students, families & staff having a lovely night. Thank you to all the Volunteers who helped set up, cook, serve & clean up & to the Staff who helped behind the scenes & for the amazing slide show presentation celebrating Mrs Libby Lee's life at StAC.
