25.01.2022 Just a little something i want to share with everyone... Yesterday I had a client who hadn't trained with me before! First training sessions are when i figure out a clients limits, and how far they can be pushed. We went to the leg press and he told me his done this exercise before, I said great and asked him what weight he usually does on this... he responded with 15kg on each side! I could easily tell by looking a him and his size that he could do a lot more than that so we... started with 15kg on each side and he completed his first set. I asked him if his ever tried going heavier and he responded with "no way, if I went any heavier I'd probably kill myself". He had no belief in himself what so ever, he hadn't ever tried it but automatically told himself he couldn't do it! I had a little chat with him, and gave him some encouragement to push himself, to get out of his comfort zone, and aim high!!! We slowly but surely increased him weight... he couldn't believe it when he was actually do 80kg instead of 30kg.. but wait it gets better. From doing 30kg on the leg press he ended up doing 155kg. And hasn't that 12 weeks just flown by with amazing results I'm so proud of mitch and the effort he put in with every single session... and all those squats he hated but still did just because the 12 week challenge is over doesn't mean it's the end of his fitness journey. 15.01.2022 This is Tayla and she has just completed the 8 week challenge with me:) Tayla trains very hard and does absolutely everything I tell with some massive alternatives to her diet... Going from 500cal a day to now eating 1500cal and look what happened... Her body rewarded her for it I'm so proud of Tayla she has achieved some amazing results

14.01.2022 I'm currently on my off season for comps now but that doesn't mean I can eat how ever I want!!! I did enjoy some treats after my comp on the weekend but now it's time to get back into it. Like they always say "fail to prepare, prepare to fail" I love routine and knowing that everything I have to eat is all ready and organised

She is the most determined person and comes to her sessions giving it 100% everytime! No matter what i throw at her, she gets straight into it pushing right to the end This is only the beginning for becky, we got so many more goals to achieve

14.01.2022 Training isn't always about being so sore to the point that you can't do anything. Yes you should train hard but keep your form perfect to reduce the risk of injury!!!

10.01.2022 This is Marnie... and marnie has almost completed a 12 week challenge with me after Marnies session today she was saying that she definitely feels better but hasn't noticed a massive change in your body!!! I told her to go and take a progress picture and send it to me, and this is what i got sent we see ourselves day in day out and don't realise the changes that happen with our bodies.. Marnie you have done an amazing job, I'm so very proud of you!!

07.01.2022 IT'S CARB DAYYY!!!! I'll be 5 weeks out from my comp tomorrow It has been one tough journey but it's definitely worth the challenge... I'm doing this comp for one main reason, to push myself to the limits just like I push my clients. I wanted to fully understand what they go through and to know this I have to go through it myself!
