25.01.2022 This year we’re celebrating everyday Australians who know and can recognise the F.A.S.T. (Face, Arms, Speech and Time) signs of stroke. They are F.A.S.T. Heroes...! This National Stroke Week we are calling for more F.A.S.T. Heroes to save the life of loved one, a colleague, a stranger or even themselves by learning and sharing the F.A.S.T. signs of stroke and calling an ambulance immediately if you suspect a stroke. Share this video and help spread the message. See more

24.01.2022 Boston marathon Virtual Experience in the books. A non-embarrasing 3:41 to complete the distance (and a bit) So proud to have completed this for a great cause - @strokefoundation. #finishstrong #fightstroke. Now to go look after the kitties. Those stairs are going to hurt!!

16.01.2022 The signs to look out for to determine if your cat is overweight

09.01.2022 Ooh, something new is coming..........

09.01.2022 On June 21st my brother Eddie suffered a nasty stroke. It’s a long road ahead for his recovery but he’s doing an inspirational job getting there. As some of you would know from my endless ramblings, I was supposed to be running in the Boston Marathon in April which was sadly cancelled but they are running a virtual event starting next week in which I am entered and will run on September 12. His fight and determination to get better have inspired me to put this race to goo...d use and raise some money for the Stroke Foundation. I have started a fundraising page on mycause.com.au. I’m sure I’ll be able to shuffle my way to 42.2km and if i do, I’d be very grateful for your support by donating through the link below. Thanks in advance! 07.01.2022 Actual virtual course set and tested, received actual virtual bib. Ready to actually run this race..... Virtually. You can actually donate to a great cause here: https://www.mycause.com.au//marathon-for-the-stroke-founda

05.01.2022 A massive thank you to all who have generously donated to my fundraising page for Stroke Foundation. Your donation will help with research towards minimising the impact of stroke and the support of stroke victims and their families. #fightstroke Thank you again https://www.mycause.com.au//marathon-for-the-stroke-founda

05.01.2022 If you've never boarded your cat with us before and you'd like to find out more about the experience from start to finish, now is a great time to bring your cat in for what we call a "sleepover". A one night stay with us at no charge. Shoot us a message or call on 6223 7685 to book one in!

04.01.2022 No, we don't have one of these at Pangarinda

04.01.2022 Marathon Day! In just over 3 hours I'll be starting my 42.2km journey. Can't wait to get out there on this beautiful spring day!! With the help of everyone who has donated so far we have smashed the $2000 target for Stroke Foundation fundraising. Let's keep going! Scary fact: One in four of us will have a stroke in our lifetime. Stroke can be treated, but too many families, like mine, continue to be devastated by this disease. Please donate to my fundraising page below to help #FightStroke https://www.mycause.com.au//marathon-for-the-stroke-founda
