21.01.2022 Our chocolates are stocked up again, but also running out of stock fast haha. Last minute Christmas gifts and snacks. Tomorrow (Thursday) is our last day open for 2020. Excited for Christmas food! Yum

Check out the recipe:... 3-INGREDIENT FREEZER COOKIE DOUGH PROTEIN CUPS (vegan, gluten-free, oil-free, macro-friendly, no-bake) Makes: 5 cups (per cup - cal: 220, P: 14g, C: 22g, F: 7.5g) INGREDIENTS: Cookie dough: 200g ripe bananas (~2 medium bananas) 100g vegan caramel protein powder 25g dairy-free chocolate, chopped Topping: 100g dairy-free chocolate, melted METHOD: 1. Line 5 cupcake holes with liners or alternatively use a silicone mould like I did 2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas very well until puréed 3. Add in the protein powder and keep using a fork to mash the powder into the bananas until a smooth cookie dough forms 4. Fold through the chocolate chunks 5. Divide the mixture into 5 portions and spoon it into the cupcake holes 6. Freeze for 2 hours until firm 7. Make the topping by melting the chocolate and drizzling even amounts over each cookie dough cup. Serves 1: (Cal of brownie alone: 260, P: 7g, F: 11g, C: 33g) INGREDIENTS: 4 tablespoons self-raising flour 2 tablespoons cocoa powder 2 teaspoons coconut oil, melted 2 tablespoons maple syrup 2 tablespoons almond milk (or a dash more if needed) *Optional: vanilla essence, extra chocolate chips 1 giant scoop of your favourite non-dairy ice cream ( I used @sodeliciousau salted caramel choc chip cashew icecream) METHOD: 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius, fan-forced. Grease a small skillet pan (mine is 10cm in diameter x 3cm height ) *You can also use a ramekin too. 2. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients until no lumps of flour remain. 3. Transfer this to the skillet 4. Bake for 20-22 minutes until a knife inserted comes out slightly dirty. *If you are using a ramekin it would take a bit less time 5. Remove from the oven and allow it to slightly cool down before adding the icecream on top. Serve warm!
