17.01.2022 Hooray it’s Friday . Day #19 of the Intrametica detox. I’m almost done so I wanted to share my results with you. My before pics on the left were taken in mid December. My right pics were taken yesterday. What do you think??... Even though the lighting is different, my eyes are definitely clearer, I have reduced bags under my eyes and I think my skin looks clearer . I am certainly feeling 100% on the inside! Out of the 3 products in the detox program, my favourite is the Collagen Ultimate Plus drink . 13.01.2022 Day #3 of the Intrametica Glow From Within detox & I’m loving the recipes . Feeling great so far & totally grateful for the meal inspo that is included . FYI there are loads of other recipes & meat is included. This is just a snippet . Not even hankering for a wine....yet . The choc detox has the protein boost in it. I take it mid afternoon as this is when I’m at my hungriest. This fills me up until dinner, so there’s no room for other snacks .... Hit me up if you’d like some info. 13.01.2022 Monday 28 January 2019 marks the first day of my 21 day cleanse & god knows I’m ready !! Hubby is joining me too . Girls, awareness is everything. I hear people say things like it’s too expensive to buy natural products & I don’t like change. What price can you put on your health... Venturing into the world of running your own business can be hectic but it also brings the freedom to live the lifestyle you may only ever dream about . I’m so grateful for the family adventures we’ve been able to enjoy this summer . Our holiday to Esperance WA has brought about so many magical memories. The squeals of delight from our children when the dolphins were swimming beside us is a moment that I’ll alwa...ys remember .
