15.01.2022 In 2019 ANZ engaged Paper Giant to help them understand changes in customer’s attitudes in relation to debit, credit, personal loans, and overdraft products. We found that people often have highly emotional relationships to their money. Some people love to research and optimise every little detail others avoid even looking at their bank balance if they don’t expect to like what they’ll see. We designed a new value proposition that would enable them to compete with platforms... such as Zippay, Afterpay, ApplePay and Google Wallet. Check out the case study to learn more about the project

10.01.2022 We had a great time facilitating the event ‘Untangling Complexity with Systems Thinking’ for the Service Design Canberra meetup last Thursday. Paper Giant Co-Founder, Reuben Stanton spoke about systems thinking and it’s value for seeing the big picture. Providing a practical example of how systems thinking can be applied, he talked through the approach that paper giant took in mapping the Victorian criminal justice system, and how it has been used to fundamentally change how... people with a disability are treated.
