I didn’t know how to most of the exercises and movements that I do now, on my first day either! Do yourself a favour and be easy on yourself. Nothing is permanent. You will learn. Your body is designed for movement and not for wasting away. Keep practicing. Start now. Before it’s too late. O have seen so many of my contemporaries lose it and let their body go. It saddens me. 03.01.2022 6.5 years ago, I did a thing! I kickstarted my health journey at age 47 because I didn’t want to imagine myself looking and feeling unfit, unhealthy and unwell at age 60! I went on a 30-day nutritional cleansing program using an amazing system. It’s not a diet. And I didn’t need to cut out any food group! I simply incorporated the system into whatever my current daily activities were! At close to 52 now, I am feeling amazing and still fitting into clothes from 20 years ago! I... can re-use and recycle my favourite things! And I got tons of energy for my dance! I got more abs too in my 50’s than in my 20’s! 02.01.2022 Terrific Tuesday! I am so happy about my progress in my 16 week challenge! Jan 27- April 5,2020! My goal: Healthy Maintenance (specifically Of Lean Muscle) ... Contrary to most of my friends’ belief, I don’t workout daily! And I love to eat! I don’t always watch what I eat! I am not on a diet. God no! Not in my 50’s! Haha. But I am loving how my nutrition program that I incorporate into my daily habits make a HUGE IMPACT and DIFFERENCE! I have the physique and the health that I planned since my 20’s! I imagined then a fit, lean and healthy 50+ year old Para! Thank you #isabodychallenge for coming to my life.
