07.01.2022 This is Christian and he is 4! Christian is currently at the Brisbane children’s hospital after open heart surgery. He has been very well looked after and is recovering well, but missed his love of fresh fruit. So today on her way up to visit him, his Grandma called into the fruit shop and mentioned this to Emma who promptly chopped up some fresh watermelon!... We think his smile says it all! Christian, we hope you get better soon and are able to recover in your own bed munching on lots more healthy fresh watermelon! Annette Love thank you for telling us his story! Keep us up to date with his recovery.

01.01.2022 Morning customers As the long weekends finish up and we ease back to normality, I’d like to give you a special multi award winning book in each home delivery this weekend, written by my wife Sue which has been read by Sir David Attenborough. 01.01.2022 As we edge closer to a normal way of life, we would like to take the opportunity to thank YOU! our customers, friends and community for dealing with what was a very strange and confusing time. We have met, on our deliveries and through Facebook and in store, some lovely people, and if we helped you stay safe, eat well and enjoy surprise gifts in your deliveries, then we did our job right.... Behind the scenes Will and Woody were working at the shop from 1am - 7pm getting everything ready for you, going to the markets and sourcing products, not knowing if this would last a day, a month or a year. Nadia and the team there from the early hours, prepping orders, cleaning and keeping up with new rules as fast as they changed. It will be a time we won’t forget, but for us it will be a time we will remember! That as a community we kept strong and carried on! Thank YOU for your support, stay safe and see you soon in store
