20.01.2022 2020 JudoSA AGM Congratulations to Meera Verma on being awarded JudoSA Life Membership. Meera has made a significant contribution to judo over a number of years... through her work at Adelaide University Judo Club, the Board of JudoSA, the Events committee and representing Australia at the World Kata Championships. JudoSA welcomes the following members to the Board: Jason Polgreen - President Nathan Freeman - Director Scott Smith - Director Masa Motoyama - Director Farewell to President Mark Skanes, Director Harry Hustig and Director Steve Brown. 20.01.2022 Congratulations to Raquel who is the recipient of the Neil Ballard Memorial Scholarship for her efforts in judo in 2020. Raquel’s mat fees and competition fees will be paid for the year. Raquel was chosen for her dedication at training, keenness to enter competitions and the respect she showed to all club members

18.01.2022 Parafield Garden Judo Club is proud to share the wonderful news that Trevor has been bestowed Judo Australia Life Membership. Trevor was Head Coach at Parafield for over 20 years. Trevor has an outstanding judo history. He has coached at Club, State, National and Olympic Level. Trevor also represented Australia at the World Championships and also won a gold medal at Oceania. Congratulations to Malcolm on your Life Membership as well. Both are worthy recipients!

17.01.2022 Great news from the 25th of June contact indoor sport (training)can resume. The committee will be meeting this weekend to work out a plan of how we can safely train under the government guidelines. We will share the plan with you soon. Looking forward to seeing you all soon!

09.01.2022 Due to the evolving situation with the Corona Virus (COVID-19) the Coaches and Committee of Parafield Gardens Judo Club have decided in the best interest of its members to suspend training until the end of April. We will advise when training will resume

08.01.2022 Tonight was a milestone moment for coaches Meng and Bou. Student Olivia trained for the first time tonight at Parafield Gardens Judo Club as a black belt. Both Meng and Bou have coached Olivia since she started judo at the age of eight.

07.01.2022 Training starts back Monday 1st of February 2021. Training times for Monday and Tuesday are as follows: Beginners - 4 to 9 yrs old 6-7pm Juniors - 9-14yrs old 7-8pm Seniors - 8pm onwards
