Live Chat allows you to ask the instructor questions, say hello to other participants or let us know its your first session. Live Chat also makes you more accountable. Unlike an in Centre class where you are all booked in via the App, when doing a class from home it is easier to slack off o...r miss a session. By doing a call out or sharing your heart rate via Live Chat, you are committing to that class! Here are 4 quick things you can do with Live Chat to make your workout videos more interactive, and hold you more accountable to getting your exercise done! 1. Let us know it is your first time. The instructor will always provide multiple options for movements, but knowing there is a first timer in the audien...ce at home will help shape the session best for you. 2. Ask questions. Use the comments box to ask questions throughout the workout if you are unsure of something. 3. Check your heart rate. Why not share your heart rate after a track to hold yourself accountable and make sure you are pushing yourself even though we cant see you! 4. Say hello and engage with the instructor.
