Bedroom can be furnished if required. Applicant will also have own bathroom. Located on a peaceful equestrian property in Mt Pleasant SA. Also available with stable and day paddock, along with use of 60x30 all weather arena (fenced and floodlights), round yard,quality horse fencing throughout, hot wash, and lights in stables (supply own sawdust). Applicant must be employed, tidy and respectful. Must be ok with inside small dogs and a cat. $280 per week Room with stable/day paddock for one horse or $200 per week room only Electricity, water, gas and wifi included.
