20.01.2022 I believe you are never too young to discuss climate change, responsibility, and how we can make changes, big or small to reduce the impact we have on our environment - as a small Family Daycare Family, while learning through playing & having fun. Dinosaurs & Arctic animals are some of our favourite creatures to role play with at the moment. But ... it’s got me thinking . What if these beautiful Arctic animals were to become extinct, just like the dinosaurs How can we do our bit? Last month we started using palm fronds (plenty around our house) to paint with, instead of using paper. Painting on green waste that will end up going out each week in our green waste bins. Our little people call them boats. :) So this week they will become boats . Do you have any suggestions for these decorated,palm frond boats before they go ?

You know - the one's where, if you missed a page or skipped even one word, they would jump up and let you know or correct you right there & then.........
