Our Physio is going to work from home now. Stay safe!!*** FREE surgical mask for the vulnerable and essential worker - 2 pieces per car ****Please READ the FULL messages carefully to the END****... We have seen there is a shortage of masks. We decided to give away masks for people in need. By doing that it will reduce our stocks for staff usage for about 3 weeks, but we are confident we will be able to get enough masks by that time. We just want to share to get through this week first. So, we have about 170 to 200 masks to give away. DO NOT COME if you have already got masks for this week. ONLY 2 masks per CAR please, as there will be a lot of people who need them. We know it's not enough for the week. To let the Vulnerable and Essential Workers to come first. From 5:00 to 6:00 pm Today 1/2/2021 Monday. Don't come early, as we won't start before 5:00. . And do not park in the carpark, as Chemist and Medical centre are still operating. Check this post, once it's finished we will post it here STAY IN THE CAR. You need to drive through our car park. Check the photo, our car park is on the Chemist side not the Chicken spot. If too many cars at the same time, you can stop in those car bays for the masks, and leave forward through the chicken spot car park all the way to the back exit. If not many of you, please yell out "Masks please, Parkwood Physio", I will be at our front door. DO NOT KNOCK on our door, we will not attend to anyone at all. Stay in the car, we can send masks through the passenger window and not contact you at all. Please respect each other! Stay Safe!

There has been some confusion caused by the media, which is understandable in this unprecedented times. To clarify, Physio is "essential" service, and we will continue to help people. 10.01.2022 UPDATES: Unfortunately, we will not be seeing patients FACE to FACE. Only Telehealth (video call/ phone call) is allowed. If you have seen our previous post (deleted to avoid confusion) or received our text message, sorry for any confusion. We have been following the development tirelessly overnight. We were part of the essential service in our last lockdown in 2020. And therefore, along with Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA), we initially interpreted the same ...that we will be allowed to see patients face-to-face. We have looked into the WA government documentation, and APA has confirmed 6 am this morning. This week 1/2 to 5/2, Our clinics will only provideTelehealth consult, either video call or phone call. We are NOT allowed to see patients Face-to-Face. Core Exercise class (Pilates / Balance class) is cancelled Hydrotherapy class is cancelled For those who have booked your appointments this week, our receptionist will contact you one by one. Please wait from our call patiently, as there is a lot of you (YES, our Lovely people!!!). Lastly, Thanks for your support , and we will brave this out together once again. Stay Safe!
