20.01.2022 Well, it has been a tough few months, and 2020 is one year that I am sure most would like to bury forever. I have put on a few extra k's and have struggled to get up in the morning. My mornings are bad, afternoons are bad/ok, and evenings are ok/good. I am soooolooking forward to Parkrun, as the Parky Park Runner has missed so much the exercise, the social side, the positive feelings that Parkrun provides. There will be no High Fives but there will be shouting to encourage us all as we run/walk the course, In 2021 Robyn Duffield and I will be running between Kirra parkrun and Kingscliff Parkrun. Looking forward to catching up with everyone and running with Kitty Flower Today Saturday 21 November, The Parky Park Runner is presenting online at "The Parkinsons Australia Symposium" about Parkrun and the benefits to people with Parkinson's.

02.01.2022 This week has been a better week we were aiming for 4 x 5 k runs but Stephen couldn’t get out of bed yesterday morning Some days are like that with Parkinson’s but he got 3 runs in this week that’s what we’re aiming for . Dr O’Sullivan Stephens neurologist did give me permission to push him but Stephen said in moderation all jokes aside we never regret getting up and doing our run, we are really missing our park runs and still treating Saturday as our parkrun day #exerciseismedicine
