It is NOT due to lack of support, we have a FANTASTIC, CARING and truely AMAZING community supporting us and we THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH. ... 10.01.2022 A few of you may be aware that we have started a petition in the hopes to get a marked crosswalk for Seaborne St (where the heritage trail crosses) Yesterday, I had many different people tell me stories of family members who had been hit by cars crossing Seaborne Street. One was a grandmother in 1951, there were also more recent ones and the growing concern for kids that cross this road every morning and afternoon to get to/from school, cyclist and families on the weekends T...his road needs a safe crossing and as a community its up to us to do what we can to ensure no more accidents. 03.01.2022 Pay it forward post Parkerville Primary had a surprise on Friday. Pam (a parent) organized a morning tea catering for the staff. It was a pleasure to do this job as the appreciation on their faces was beyond words. ... Pam has 2 boys at the school and was so appreciative of the extra effort the Principal, Teachers and Staff put into the students online learning/homeschooling that she wanted to pay it forward. We have a great community around us and we are all quiety looking after each other and making smiles happen.
